  • Where is the store based?

    Columbus, OH

  • Will pins that are SOLD OUT ever be restocked?

    No! Each pin is a limited edition release and will not be reproduced.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes! Buyer pays all shipping and fees.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Most orders will ship within a few days of purchase (excluding weekends). Please allow a few extra days if you order a new release. I'm just one guy packing orders!

  • What if my package is lost in the mail? Will you replace my pin?

    I'm sorry but I can't replace your pin :( I send tracking for every purchase by email when your order ships. USPS is mostly pretty reliable but we all know mistakes happen. Unfortunately due to the limited number of pins I cannot replace anything lost by the US Postal Sercive.

  • Is COVID-19 effecing shipping?

    USA: No major delays, maybe add a day or two to your expected transit time
    INTERNATIONAL: No shipping to Australia at this time, most other counties are experiencing minor delays but nothing to be concerned about
